Purpose

This Affiliate Earnings Disclaimer explains important limitations regarding income, revenue, and commission statements made in connection with the RousseauAI Affiliate Program (the “Program”).

1) No Earnings Guarantee

RousseauAI does not guarantee that you will earn any income. Any commission potential depends on factors outside our control, including your audience, content quality, traffic volume, conversion rates, offer timing, and adherence to the Program rules.

2) Illustrations & Examples Are Informational Only

Any examples of commissions, case studies, screenshots, EPCs, or conversion rates are illustrative and not typical. They should not be considered average, exact, or promised outcomes.

3) Individual Results Vary

Outcomes depend on many variables, including but not limited to:

Niche fit and audience trust

Traffic sources (organic, email, social, paid) and quality

Offer alignment, creative quality, and message-market fit

Budget, bidding, and optimization for paid media

Seasonality, competitive activity, and market conditions

Your compliance with these Terms and applicable laws

4) Commission Calculation & Adjustments

Commissions are earned only on Qualified Purchases as defined in the Affiliate Terms & Conditions. Commissions may be reversed for refunded, cancelled, disputed, or fraudulent orders, or for violations of Program rules.

5) Compliance & Required Disclosures

When promoting RousseauAI, you must provide clear and conspicuous affiliate disclosures (e.g., “As an affiliate, I may earn from qualifying purchases.”) in accordance with applicable advertising and consumer-protection laws and the policies of any platform you use.

6) Not Financial, Legal, or Business Advice

Information we share about revenue strategies, funnels, or campaigns is educational and not financial, legal, or business advice. You should consult qualified professionals before making decisions about budgets, ads, or business strategy.

7) Taxes & Regulatory Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for taxes, filings, and compliance associated with your commissions and promotional activities in all jurisdictions where you operate.

8) No Employment, Partnership, or Agency

Your participation in the Program does not create an employment, partnership, franchise, or agency relationship with RousseauAI. You may not represent that you are authorized to make offers or commitments on our behalf.

9) Reporting & Metrics

Real-time dashboards, EPCs, and reports are informational and may change due to attribution updates, fraud checks, or refund windows. Final commission amounts are determined at payout per the Program rules.

10) Risks of Advertising & Traffic Acquisition

Paid media and other traffic methods involve risk, including potential financial loss. You assume all risk for your campaigns, budgets, and compliance with advertising policies.
