Affiliate Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: September 25, 2025

Purpose

These Affiliate Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the RousseauAI Affiliate Program (the “Program”). By applying, accessing the affiliate dashboard, or promoting RousseauAI, you agree to these Terms.

1) Enrollment & Accounts

Application & Approval. You must submit accurate information. We may approve or reject any application at our discretion.

Account Security. Keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Eligibility. Must be 18+ and legally able to enter contracts.

2) Program Definitions

“Qualified Purchase” — a first-time or eligible repeat customer transaction that: (a) is tracked to your affiliate ID via cookie or equivalent; (b) is not cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, or unpaid; and (c) complies with these Terms.

“Attribution Window” — the time period during which a tracked click can be credited as a Qualified Purchase (see section 4).

“Net Revenue” — order subtotal excluding VAT/GST/sales tax, shipping, chargebacks, and refunded amounts.

3) Commission

Base Commission. 35% of Net Revenue on eligible digital products (e.g., Toolkits, Guides/Playbooks, Challenges, memberships) unless a product page states otherwise.

Ineligible Items. Agency/consulting services, custom SOWs, taxes/fees, and any product explicitly excluded on the offer page.

Tiered / Special Offers. We may run limited-time commission boosts. Any changes will be visible in your dashboard or via email.

4) Tracking, Cookies & Attribution

Method. Standard cookie- or ID-based tracking via the Program platform.

Attribution Window. 30 days (default). Last-click attribution unless otherwise specified in a campaign.

Cross-domain. Clicks to RousseauAI subdomains (e.g., www, lp, app) are treated as a single ecosystem for attribution where technically supported.

Cookie Integrity. You may not use forced clicks, cookie stuffing/injection, toolbars, adware, or any mechanism that sets cookies without intentional user action.

5) Payouts

Schedule. Commissions are reviewed and paid monthly, Net-30 after the end of the month and after any applicable refund window.

Method & Minimum. Paid via Program-supported methods (e.g., Stripe/PayPal as configured). Minimum payout $50 USD; balances roll over.

Reversals. If an order is refunded, charged back, disputed, or fraudulent, the commission will be reversed. If already paid, we may deduct from future payouts.

Taxes. You must provide required tax forms (e.g., W-9 for U.S., W-8BEN for non-U.S.). We may withhold payments until compliant documents are received.

6) Promotional Rules (What’s Allowed)

Permitted Channels. Content sites, blogs, email to opted-in lists, organic social, YouTube/podcasts, and paid media on non-brand keywords that comply with section 7.

Creative Assets. Use only official assets from the Affiliate Resources or create your own truthful materials. Minor edits are allowed; do not misrepresent features, pricing, or results.

Disclosures. You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship per law and platform rules (e.g., FTC: “As an affiliate, I may earn from qualifying purchases.”). Disclosures must be clear, conspicuous, and proximate to the promotion.

7) Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Bid on brand terms (or misspellings): “RousseauAI”, “Rousseau AI”, “Rousseau Aurelien”, product names, or domain variants on search or shopping ads.

Direct-link paid search ads to RousseauAI domains (send paid traffic to your own pre-sell/educational page first).

Use spam (unsolicited email, messages, comments) or violate CAN-SPAM, TCPA, CASL, or platform rules.

Make false/unsupported claims, including guaranteed earnings, time-bound promises, or misleading testimonials.

Impersonate RousseauAi (fake support pages, “official” social accounts) or use confusingly similar domains/handles.

Offer unauthorized coupons/discounts, or list codes on coupon/deal aggregators unless we provide a code for that channel.

Self-referrals / Self-purchases (earning commission on your own orders) or using your links for close family/company accounts.

Infringe IP (logos, trademarks, copyrighted content) beyond the limited license in section 8.

Promote in illegal, hateful, or adult contexts or alongside malware, adware, or deceptive install flows.

Violation may result in reversal of commissions, suspension, or termination.

8) Intellectual Property & Limited License

Marks & Content. We grant a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use RousseauAI names, logos, and product titles solely to promote the Program.

Brand Use. Follow brand guidelines (no logo distortion, fake endorsements, or new trademarks). We may revoke this license at any time.

Ownership. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by RousseauAi.

9) Compliance, Audits & Fraud Review

We may review your promotional materials, request traffic sources, and audit compliance. You agree to cooperate and promptly address issues. We may suspend payouts during investigations into suspected fraud or violations.

10) Confidentiality

Non-public information you access (dashboards, rates, roadmaps, private links) is confidential. Do not disclose without our prior written consent.

11) Data Protection

You must handle any personal data in compliance with applicable laws (e.g., GDPR/UK GDPR, CPRA). Do not collect sensitive data on our behalf. Follow our Privacy Policy and notify us of any suspected incident involving Program data.

12) Term & Termination

At Will. Either party may terminate participation at any time, with or without cause, by written notice (including email).

Effect. Upon termination, stop all promotions using our IP; remove links and assets. Eligible unpaid commissions accrued prior to termination will be paid on the next cycle, subject to reversals/refunds and these Terms.

13) Modifications

We may update these Terms, commission rates, or Program rules. Changes will be posted at the URL above and/or in your dashboard. Continued participation after changes = acceptance.

14) Relationship of Parties

You are an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, franchisee, joint venturer, or partner of RousseauAI. You may not bind RousseauAI to obligations or make offers on our behalf.

15) Disclaimers; Limitation of Liability

The Program is provided “as is”. We make no warranties of any kind regarding accuracy, tracking continuity, or uninterrupted availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RousseauAI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits/revenue/data. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed total commissions paid to you in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

16) Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Insert governing law & venue]. If required, include consumer dispute resolution information for your jurisdiction.
